At Crumbl Merch, we want you to love your gear as much as our cookies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn fashion items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place your unworn, unwashed apparel in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is processed successfully.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
